2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 ,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32310 of 2024(4) dt.09-09-2024 2/3 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per prosecution case , co-accused Basant Sah along with these petitioners kidnapped the daughter of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that these petitioners are family members of co-accused Basant Sah and have falsely been implicated in this case . Specific accusation of kidnapping the victim is against co-accused Basant Sah , The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has not named these petitioners except petitioner No. 1 . Petitioners are ladies and and claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge - VI cum Special Judge POCSO Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 , subject

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32310 of 2024(4) dt.09-09-2024 3/3 to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
