ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-05-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready to comply with the order passed by the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission in case No. 01 of 2017 dated 14.06.2017 and to pay 30% of the total amount due, i.e., Rs. 48,005/- as of 04.05.2026 and the balance 70% in five equal monthly installments along with Reconnection and Disconnection (RC and DC) charges, as per Clause 7.5 of the said order.

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the petitioner is directed to pay 30% of the outstanding amount of Rs. 48,005/- plus Reconnection and Disconnection (RC and DC)

Patna High Court CWJC No.6580 of 2026(4) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 charges along with current electricity charges within a period of one week from today and the balance 70% in five equal monthly installments starting from June, 2026 by 10th of every month. In addition to the above, the petitioner shall also pay the monthly electricity charges as levied by the authority. The authority is directed to restore the power supply of the petitioner immediately after the initial 30% amount along with reconnection and disconnection (RC and DC) charges are paid.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petiton stands disposed.
