Perused the order, dated 17.09.2015.

The appointment on the post of Constable relates back to the year 1998. Many appointments have been carried out thereafter. The grievance of the petitioner or the prayer in the earlier round of litigation was for re-measurement. Liberty was granted to file representation. The appellant has not brought any material before the writ court in relation to the same and still decided to file a fresh writ application in the year 2008. The

Patna High Court LPA No.2288 of 2015(2) dt.15-09-2017 2/2 Learned Single Judge was left with no option but to dismiss the writ application in such circumstances.

Since there is no infirmity in the said decision, the Appeal is also dismissed.
