The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/41/44/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that liquor was not recovered from the house of this petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, who is in custody since 23.03.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kanti P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27158 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 No.20 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
