2. Considering the nature of prayer being made by the petitioner, with the consent of both the parties this writ application is being disposed of at this stage.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Siwan which is enclosed as Annexure P/5 in the present writ application.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he

Patna High Court CWJC No.7435 of 2025(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 would be satisfied if a proper direction be issued by this Court to the District Magistrate, Siwan to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State does not have any objection to this prayer being made by the petitioner.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner this writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Siwan to dispose of the representation Annexure P/5, filed by the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

7. Needless to mention that the order disposing of the representation shall be reasoned and speaking order. This entire exercise must be completed within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
