Mr. MANISH KUMAR 2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/511, 379 and 452 of the IPC.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he took away the minor daughter of the informant along with Rs. 3 lakhs from the house of the informant and on chase the petitioner left the daughter of the informant, but took away the money. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was domestic help in the house of the informant and due to dispute with regard to payment of wages, the false accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.59654 of 2017(2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, coupled with the statement made in paragraph no.3 to the effect that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
