The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has filed appeal before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, respondent No.5, and the same is still pending. The learned counsel prays that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition in order to pursue her appeal.
Prayer is allowed.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the appellate authority, respondent No.5, to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
