Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barauni (Zero Mile) P.S. Case No. 489 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner had no concern with the Accounts and affairs of the informant. As a matter of fact, the Finance company in question has lodged Begusarai ( Nagar) P.S. Case No. 714 of 2017 (Annexure-2) against the present informant alleging allegation of cheating.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.29974 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Zero Mile) P.S. Case No. 489 fo 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
