Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kinjar P.S. Case No.79 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 504, 506, 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal. Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

Case diary was called for in this case, which has been received. Learned APP has submitted that processes under Section 82-83 Cr. P. C. has already been issued against this petitioner.

There is allegation in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused persons used to commit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30349 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 torture with the daughter of informant for demand of dowry. She was, ultimately, done to death in her Sasural within two years of her marriage.

In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
