This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 153 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been arrested by the Police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
