The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the petitioner as a valid candidate and call her for counseling for appointment on the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) advertised vide Advt. No. 01/19."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondentBihar Technical Service Commission submits that the advertisement in question has already stood withdrawn, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits
