The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020 registered under Sections
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40018 of 2021(5) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 307, 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 326, 380, 341, 342, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of learned counsels for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. All the allegations levelled against the petitioners are false and concocted. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the opposite party opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that there is direct allegation of assault against the petitioners in the first information report. The injury reports also support. Hence, petitioners do not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the opposite party, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected. utkarsh/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
