JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-05-2019 The petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 06.02.2019, contained in Memo No. 124/410063/P2, issued by the D.I.G. of Police, Special Force, Bihar, Patna, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the Economic Offences Unit, Patna to General Police Force at Banka.
2. Mr. Rajiv Prashant, the learned counsel
Patna High Court CWJC No.8844 of 2019 dt.07-05-2019 2/2 for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to represent before the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Unit, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 6) for the redressal of his grievances.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Should such a representation be filed before the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Unit, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 6) within a period of four weeks from today, it is expected that the same shall be looked into in correct perspective and necessary order in accordance with law shall be passed. The representation shall be disposed off within four weeks of the receipt of such representation.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
