Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.184/2022 dated 14.10.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 406, 420/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30163 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that petitioner is a lady.
