The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amnour P.S. Case No. 41/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.12.2015 passed in Cr. Msc. 51630/2015. The petitioner filed this petition again for anticipatory bail on the ground that the husband was put on trial vide Sessions Trial No. 233/2016 and he has been acquitted even after rejection of the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner. Petitioner knowingly did not surrender for about a year. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
