The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner used to abuse and post indecent and obscene message on the mobile phone of the daughter of informant. It is further alleged that this petitioner along with his friends made a call to would be son-in-law of informant and his brother on mobile and used abusive language, sent message and wanted to break the marriage of daughter of informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has got no concern with the alleged mobile from which call was made. Only on

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 551 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
