2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201, 120(B) of the IPC in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.63 of 2020.

3. In the nature of allegation as allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as petitioner is the husband whose marriage was performed with the daughter of the informant in the year 2019 and she died in the year 2020 i.e. within a year of marriage, as such even presumption in law is also against the petitioner. Further the investigation of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33117 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 is still in its nascent stage.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
