The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3196C of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 406, 420, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The dispute appears to be civil in nature. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
