JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 39861 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time. The good sense has prevailed between the parties and both parties entered into compromise. A compromise petition has also been filed in the court below.

In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that time for surrender of the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30367 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 6.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 39861 of 2017.

Let this order be communicated to the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahana at Dhaka, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-318 of 2016.
