Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Petitioner was found in a drunken condition and three bottles of liquor containing 180 Ml. each was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jamhore Police Station Case No.24 of 2019, subject to the condition that both
