Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the prayer portion of bail petition Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII has been mentioned in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI and accordingly, the same has been mentioned in the order dated 22.05.2018. He seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Permission is accorded.

In view of such, the order dated 22.05.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII it should be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30878 of 2018(3) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Three week's further time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below from the date of receipt of this order . In the event he will surrender within aforesaid period he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 22.05.2018.
