After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No.05 of 2020 pending in the court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura. However, the above named appellants are directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and the learned court below shall pass the order on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
