This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others but all the injuries are simple in nature which transpires from Annexure-3 series of this application. There is a case and counter case.
Heard learned APP appearing for the State who could not controvert this fact.

No.49272 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 is a case and counter case and all the injuries sustained by the informant and others are simple in nature, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further that the petitioners will cooperate with the investigation of the case as and when required by the police.
