The petitioners seek bail in Sadar P.S. Case No.287 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got secret inputs that petitioners and Lakhendra Rai are indulged in trade of liquor and on such, the house of the petitioners was raided. 264.50 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. 20.250 litres of liquor was also recovered from a bag kept on the motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brothers. Recovery was made from the joint house. Petitioners are in jail since 31.05.2020. Petitioners have

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.287 of 2020.
