Petitioner is accused in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 377 of 2012 registered under Sections 420, 406/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on perusal of paragraph no. 4 of the supplementary affidavit, it appears that all the dues amount has already been paid by the petitioner in view of the earlier direction passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44583 of 2014 on 19.11.2014 (Annexure-1/1 to the bail application). Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the
