Petitioner is accused in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 323/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 17.07.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 27955 of 2018 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further he submits that charge has already been framed on 20.08.2018, as contained in Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
