JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307,379/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod as as result of which he sustained fracture injury in his right hand.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
