The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No.162 of 2017 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.678 of 2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the involvement of the petitioner in a case instituted under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
