2. In view of the specific statement and the information contained in paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.1 (The Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar) and respondent no.3 (The Special Secretary, Secondary Education, Bihar), they are directed to call for the report from the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur, as well as, from the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur in respect of the action taken by them, in compliance of letter no.628 dated

3. In case, the respondents no.1 and 3 delay further, the action against them is required to be taken in accordance with law.

4. The above exercise is directed to be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. In case of failure, this Court will take appropriate action against the concerned respondent for having willingly harassed the petitioner.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar.

7. With the above observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
