In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. This Court earlier had rejected their prayer for anticipatory bail vide order dated 3.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26588 of 2018.

This Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, above named.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35575 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 If the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and pray for bail, the court below, considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also without being prejudiced by this Court, will pass orders in accordance with law.
