The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Abhinav Kumar runs a shop in the name of Abhinav Marketing & Consultancy Company and he was borrowing his lending money. The informant also opened two accounts and deposited money but after maturation his money was not paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioner No. 1 Runa Kumari is wife of Abhinav Kumar and Petitioner No. 2 Baby Khusbu @ Baby Kumari, w/o Alok Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44931 of 2016 (3) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 is Bhabhi of Abhinav Kumar and they are living separately with their family members.

It appears that the informant did not make any specific allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
