The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 registered under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60763 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 Sections 147, 148, 148, 323, 341, 353, 332, 337, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners damaged the police vehicle and used force against the policemen on duty, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
