2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ghurna P.S. Case No. 57/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per F.I.R., toal 3.150 kg. of Ganja was recovered from a Apachi motorcycle. Petitioner is alleged to be drug peddler.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Recovery has been effected from the motorcycle in question and petitioner has got no concern either with the seized motorcycle or Ganja.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
