ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The present application for modification has been filed for correction of the address of the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 31585 of 2016 by which the petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated. 08.09.2016. It is submitted that due to inadvertence the address of the petitioners had incorrectly been stated in Cr. Misc. No.31585 of 2016 and therefore, he prays that the correct address of the petitioners be recorded in the aforementioned order. It is submitted that the correct address of the petitioners no.1 and 2 are not village- Singhiya Sagar, P.S.- Banjariya rather it is villagePachbhirwa and P.S.-Sangrampur. The petitioners also regret to

In view of the submission advanced and for the reasons stated aforementioned, let the address of petitioners no.1 and 2 now be read as R/o village-Pachbhirwa and P.S.- Sangrampur.

The petitioners are also seeking extension of time fixed in the aforementioned order for surrendering before the court below as they could not surrender on account of the mistake in the order dated 08.09.2016.

The time is also, thus, extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the present modification application stands allowed.
