The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 30/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, who was arrested by the police along with fire-arms. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.03.2019.

No.27164 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure2, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No.94 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
