1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.06.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15873 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Sampatchak, Patna had initiated encroachment proceedings vide Encroachment Case No.08 of 2022-23 and thereafter, he has also passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 16.08.2024, hence in case the petitioner is so aggrieved, he may file appropriate appeal.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 16.08.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
