1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim in her Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement has stated that she went to Katihar where the petitioner was present from before. She solemnized marriage with the petitioner and after marriage she went to Delhi. As per Aadhaar Card, girl is major.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the statement of the victim made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 240 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
