Finding the petitioners not fulfilling the merit criteria and not entitled for any further benefit, the learned Writ Court dismissed the writ petition pertaining to engagement and short listing

Patna High Court LPA No.920 of 2015 dt.26-07-2017 2/2 of the petitioners for appointment as Executive Assistants in the year 2013, the learned Writ Court finding no merits if rejected the writ petition, we find no reason to take a different view from the one taken by the learned Writ Court.
