The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that accused persons and present petitioner have caused injury by iron rod and others were assaulted by lathi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the occurrence has taken place on 11.2.2018 and the case has been registered before the police on 21.2.2018. There is delay of ten days in lodging the case.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30101 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 petitioner, namely, Suresh Sahani, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.196 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation or interrogation they will present themselves before the police.
