This application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8325 of 2020, by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Mansi Police Station Case No 229 of 2019 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners could not adhere to the time for surrendering in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7799 of 2021(2) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 the Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic. In view of such submission, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 28.02.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8325 of 2020. This application is accordingly, allowed.
