This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 25.08.2015 passed by the District Judge, Patna in Civil Misc. ( Transfer) Case No. 142 of 2015 by which and whereunder the learned District Judge, Patna refused to transfer Eviction Suit no. 12 of 2009 from the court of learned Sub-Judge III, Patna to any other court on the ground that the aforesaid Eviction Suit No. 12 of 2009 had already been posted for judgment. It would appear that after more than 3 and 1⁄2 months of passing the aforesaid order, the present revision petition has been filed and moreover, the impugned order is an interlocutory order against which revision is not maintainable.
