Earlier the anticipatory bail of this petitioner was allowed vide order dated 22.08.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.39522 of 2017 with a condition to surrender before the court below within six weeks.

It has been submitted that the petitioner had gone to Punjab and could not furnish her bail bond before the court below. Prayer has been made to extend the period of surrender. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the period of surrender is extended and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of ACJM-VII, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No.165 of 2017 within twenty five from the date of this order.
