The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barh P.S.Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the observation made by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Patna in the order dated 22.06.2017 passed in A.B.P. No. 2509 of 2017 that after having sufficient time and opportunity case diary was not produced on behalf of the prosecution and that one of the coaccused has already been granted bail by the court below, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50871 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Barh P.S.Case No. 94 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
