In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420, 384, 386, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has already moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 37027 of 2018 and this Court, vide order dated 5.7.2018, has already rejected the same. This Court does not find any material to recall the earlier order and grant relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
