2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 30 kg Ganja and some other articles were recovered.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 18.8.2023 and he has clean antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32038 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Session Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Nayagaon Police Station on every Sunday of the month.
