In view of the show cause so filed by the State recommending the case of the petitioner for the benefit under the Industrial Policy and in view of the stand of the Electricity Company present at paragraph-5 of the show cause, whereby the petitioner has been allowed remission under the Industrial

Patna High Court MJC No.2501 of 2015 (3) dt.23-08-2017 Policy, no case for contempt is made out and this application is disposed of.

In case any further grievance of the petitioner remains under the Industrial Policy, the forum would be otherwise but not in the contempt jurisdiction.
