Petitioner is an accused in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 364, 386, 420, 467, 468 and 465/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64238 of 2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.02.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29376 of 2020(2) dt.10-12-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000-/ (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM. XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018.
