JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended on the spot while snatching cash from the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case by the local people. Petitioner was simply a pillion rider and he is in custody since 09.02.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that this petitioner was arrested on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37831 of 2021(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 the spot by the police while snatching money and he was also identified by the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and the nature of accusation against this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
