2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024 dated 15.01.2024, registered for the offences punishable u/ss 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 308, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the co-accused persons and the petitioner are alleged to have assaulted the informant's family members with danda, brick and stone. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant's wife with brick due to which she sustained injury on her head and became senseless and the co-accused persons also snatched Rs. 2,500/- from his pocket and snatched golden chain of Hanuman Ji.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. There is no injury report of the injured on record as stated in para 18 of the bail petition. The informant is the full brother of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
