The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown thief stolen the motorcycle of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 7.1.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner has no concern with the motorcycle in question. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody from 7.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 7.1.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bimlesh Kumar, J.M. 1st class, Nawadah in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. case No.05 of 2019.
